The tradeshow floor never looked so good. With the Virtual Experience Platform’s extensive library of 3D booths, you have the flexibility to create an environment that best reflects your brand or those of your event partners. A library of 400 booths is available to customize the experience (20 different designs, ranging from 1 node to 6 nodes, with 20 color schemes for each design).

Dynamic Promotions

Our Platform allows you to strategically place promotional banners prominently within the event experience. The main hall can accommodate four clickable banners while another can be placed at the entrance of the keynote auditorium.

Easy-to-Use Media Search Tools

Our Platform comes equipped with powerful media search tools to quickly locate, view and download virtually any type of media-videos, podcasts, Webinars, PDF's and more. The Design Reactor® AVCue™ search functionality allows users to find all video on a specific subject and enables them to quickly view all points within a specific video where that keyword is used.

Compelling Keynote Presentations

Set proper tone and expectations for your event. Easily upload a keynote presentation by enabling the keynote auditorium feature. Upon entry to the event, your audience will be greeted by your event host.

Enterprise Content Management System

Our Platform includes an enterprise-class content management system allowing individuals-even with little technical knowledge-to create an entire virtual event.

The event bag provides a convenient way for visitors to collect and download relevant information. From videos and documents to podcasts, all desired content is collected, placed in this bag, and downloaded in one single click. How's that for efficiency?

Press Room

The virtual press room was designed specifically for the valued press and analyst community. It features a single location for press-worthy content such as product release announcements, executive bio's, PR contact information, and more.

Virtual Badge

Registration is easy with our Platform's virtual badge system. Once a brief form is filled out, event visitors can chat with company representatives and other visitors, download information, even request a meeting.
